So… what is HeyLola?

HeyLola is your dog's lifestyle concierge — a membership for dog parents. You create your dog's profile once, and HeyLola gives you curated access to the city: restaurants, cafés, hotels, parks and services that genuinely welcome dogs, plus member perks from trusted partners. Every membership also supports the HeyLola Foundation, which helps rescue dogs get seen and adopted.

We're live in New York and New Jersey, with Miami, Barcelona, Lisboa, Toronto, Dubai and Abu Dhabi on the way. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment your city opens.

You add your pup once — photo, breed, birthday, health records, vaccinations, vet and emergency contacts. Everything lives in one place and you can share a secure link with a sitter, vet or hotel when needed. You decide what's public: by default only the fun stuff (name, photo, what they love) appears on HeyLola.

The rescue side of HeyLola. We partner with verified shelters (like JCNJ in Jersey City and Korean K9 Rescue in NYC) to give their dogs visibility, trustworthy records and sponsors. You can donate, sponsor a dog's care monthly, or adopt — every dog listed comes from a real, vetted rescue organisation.

Yes. Your dog's health records are private by default and only shared through links you create. We never sell personal data, logins are protected (email + Google sign-in), and payments run through trusted providers. You can ask us to delete your data anytime at hey@heylola.co.
